We are the Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation. We help homeless and abandoned animals find permanent, loving homes. We also reduce pet overpopulation by spaying or neutering every pet in our care
before we put it up for adoption.
If you are looking for a dog or a cat to make your home complete, you have come to the right place. But whether you get your pet from us or not, please make your next pet a rescue pet, and make sure
it is spayed or neutered!
Lost Dog is Adding a Fifth Adoption Event
Starting on Sunday, July 13, we will be doing dog adoptions at the new
Manassas PetsMart from 12-3pm, in addition to our normal Sunday Leesburg
adoption event. We will need plenty of volunteers, as well as fosters
and adopters. So, please come find us at our new location.
| Twice as Nice! Double the Fun!! |

LDCRF currently has several pairs of dogs and cats that are looking for forever homes together.
We have mother/daughter pairs, sibling pairs and just plain "best friends forever" pairs. If
bringing home two new pets at once seems daunting, consider the benefits: You never have to
worry that your new pet is lonely while you are away. You new pet comes with a built-in playmate
so you won't have to go searching for a compatible friend, and the adjustment period will be
easier because the animals have each other for comfort.

We Are Growing
As of this year, the Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation has rescued over
10,000 dogs and cats and placed them into new homes. We're proud of what we have accomplished, but our eyes are on the future.
Our goal is to build new building on our property for the purpose of isolating new and sick animals and caring for mothers
and babies away from the stress of the kennels. We are in the beginning stages of planning the facility and the scope of
the project is heavily dependent upon the funds we can raise. Can you help? Please donate to our building fund and keep an eye
on our website for more detailed plans and fundraising activities.

Government workers, please designate Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation
(Our number has changed to #97890) as your charity of choice for the Combined Federal Campaign. Your dollars make the
difference in the lives of dogs and cats. A yearly contribution of $400 would allow two dogs to
receive life-saving heartworm treatment or pay for spay neuter surgery for four dogs or cats.

charitable corporation (Tax ID 31-1789600). Contributions are tax-deductible.
