Tootsie is a calm, sweet, friendly girl who loves as much attention as she can possibly get. Being a small dog, she gets a big overwhelmed by lots of activity, so her new home should have adults only and no dogs larger than 15 pounds. She’s a gentle girl who wants nothing more than to spend time curled up in her owner’s lap, and wants very little other than a loving home to call her own. She is mostly housebroken and loves to follow her people around the house.
