Yuki and Jin are two interesting sisters and adorable, one a dilute tortie and the other a torbie. Yuki, the lighter colored one, is braver than her sister and is the first to explore new territory.
Jin is shyer, but also is also a real purr machine when she’s petted. Jin has the cutest trick: when she is hiding, she will do it with her face hidden, but most of her body clearly visible. Obviously, if she can’t see you, you can’t see her!
Yuki is the first to explore places but she takes longer to trust people. After some initial hiding, she does warm up and become comfortable with her family but she does prefer not to be picked up. A total lady who never shows any bad manners (even when she needed medicating), she will hang out nearby and keep an eye on activity — or join in! (You can see her “supervising” Jin in the attached video). She loves to play and you will chuckle to see her carrying around her favorite blue toy. Her favorite place to sleep is in the cat tree by the window, always a great location for a view. From the front, it looks like she has gray tiger stripes, but from the top, she looks like a dilute tortie.
Both girls like to explore and play with toys and are great bed buddies, happy to curl up with you at night. They are both very gentle with excellent manners and they do love the scratching post. The pair does rely on each other for confidence so need to be adopted together.
