Do you know what people, sheep ears and ropes have in common?
Give up? I’ll tell you.
They are all my favorite things!
And the best part is I can play with all three at the same time. Don’t try and tell me that it’s “too many toys at once” because there is no such thing.
I would love a house with a yard and a tall fence, but there are some benefits to being a city dog. We go on a lot of walks, sometimes they are really long walks, more than two miles! Long walks are the best kinds of walks. You can see in my photos that I am always ready for walks and press my nose against the elevator doors. I even have my own raincoat, so nothing can slow me down.
On my walks, I’ve met a lot of people and dogs. I love all people, but can be picky about my dog friends. Sometimes I bark to tell the other dogs to stay away, but I’m learning how to be less reactive on leash and everybody tells me how much progress I am making.
I am also learning about all the loud and fast things in the city, like buses and electric scooters on the sidewalk. Sometimes they get too close or too loud which can make me nervous. I would do best with a human who can keep me calm on walks and help me learn my manners.
I’m smart and mastered house training and crate training in two day. I’m learning all my basic commands and doing really well, but still get nervous outside and won’t do them. My latest trick is I sit and wait nicely to be told “go food” before eating,
I love all people, but can sometimes play too enthusiastically, so a home with older teens or without kids would be best.
So? What are you waiting for? I’m irresistible and a great snuggler. If that’s what you need in your family, and you and I both know it’s what you need, email and ask about me.
