Okay, we’ll admit it. Kirra DOES bear a striking resemblance to “Santa’s Little Helper,” but we don’t think she has a racing track history and we are pretty sure she is not a greyhound. Can’t say with any certainty at all, however, WHAT she is beyond adorable in a really unique kind of way and definitely destined to be quite the conversation starter. If you are hoping to meet new people, we are positive walking around with Kirra on a leash will help with that. Just prepare your clever responses to “what is she?” and off you go!
Kirra came to us with days-old puppies and a raging uterine infection. She got an emergency spay and went right back to taking care of her babies. She is completely healthy now, the puppies have all been adopted and Kirra is ready to find her own home. She loves to play with other dogs and prefers rough and tumble play. She also likes to greet humans with a LOT of enthusiasm (working on that) and to play with any kind of toy. We are also working on leash walking with Kirra as it seems to be a brand new concept. She is smart and treat motivated and is a perfect candidate for a little training to set her up for a lifetime of companionship.
Estimated DOB: 4/6/2017
