Learn MoreNala’s adoption fee is sponsored! Her fans have pre-paid it, so her adoptive family won’t have to.
Nala is hanging out in foster care, where she’s had some time to sit down and collect all her thoughts. She wrote a description of what a day with her might be like for you to read. Here’s what she wrote:
We wake up in the morning and I have slept peacefully next to you all night. You wake up and give me lots of love and belly rubs. We then head out on a walk where I do my business quickly since I know you need to head to work (although I would love if you stay home with me!).
After our walk you give me my breakfast which I happily eat (you give me dry food, but your human breakfast looks great too). Now is the sad time where we say goodbye but I know you will be back because you are my furever.
While you’re at work I sleep (boy do I loooooove to sleep, especially on a nice soft couch that smells like you!). I wait for you to get home and dream about how I will greet you.
Now comes the best part of the day…I hear keys in the door. Yippee, you are home! I run to the door to greet you and jump up and down (I can jump pretty high, maybe I should be an Olympic jumper!). I attempt to give you lots of kisses to say welcome home and you lean down and take in all the kisses. Who doesn’t love doggy kisses? After that we go on our afternoon walk.
After our walk we go back home to the couch to catch up on the day, watch TV and of course sleep more. I told you I love to sleep! We both eat dinner and maybe you give me a few bits of your dinner (I hope for that). Finally it is bedtime again and we curl up together to get ready for the next day.
Call me Queen Nala, Nala Girl or Nala pup…what I really want you to call me is your furever dog. 💗
